9 Witch Rune
Before you start to use your Runes, here are some pointers. Breath on to each Rune to clear out energies and to connect to the Rune. I often put any new divination tool under my pillow to connect to it in a dream state.
You can use Runes for a single rune Yes/No message, or "message of the day" by pulling one rune from the bag after setting a clear question to the Runes. Be mindful to be completely focused and clear when asking a question to the Runes. For a larger message you cast (throw) the runes onto a soft surface. Only read the stones that show the message side up.
Alternatively, you can pick whatever number of Runes you wish for a reading layout. You can find a variety of Rune layouts on the internet.
For beginners a three rune layout is a great place to start. Pick out 3 runes from the bag and place them from left to right.

Future - How you will continue down the current path you are following.

The Black Rune (Samhain)
Endings and departures. Pain, scarcity, loss. A definite no. With the Rings - A breakup. With the Moon Hidden sorrow. The Black Rune is never read alone. Look to surrounding runes for context.
Blank Stone
A message that is not meant to be known yet. This message can be linked to the closest Rune. If this rune lands on the left side after being cast it can signify the need to release the heaviness of your past. Release all that no longer serves you. When we release the old stagnant energies of the past we open up space for new energy. If you are unsure what to do to release energy search for some binaural beats to assist you in releasing.
